- Place the bowl in a freezer,and leave it there for 8-12 Hours
- Fit the paddle on the spindle.
- Take the bowl out from the freezer
- Install the lid with motor unit, spindle and paddle on the bowl.
- Switch on the ice cream maker.
- Add the ice cream or sorbet mixture by pouring it through the fling hole in the lid.
- Set the paddle to churn the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Once the ice cream is ready,switch off the machine and remove the lid.
